Feeling Alone
We all have times when we feel alone in a crowded room. You are not alone here.
When we are lonely it affects all of ourselves.

Self Care for Loneliness

  • Quiet your inner critic
  • Move outside of your comfort zone or get involved on campus
  • Communicate what you need or want from others
  • Create a support system
  • Stop isolating yourself
  • Embrace the alone-ness and practice non-judgement or acceptance towards it
  • Identify hobbies and interests
  • Befriend yourself and begin a period of self-discovery
  • Find ways to utilize your time

Check your thoughts.
